I have created a document definition with around 8 fields from a pretty clean structured form (initially was Excel, I took screenshot of it to make it a png. file. I have created the fields one by one, including a Static Elements field for recognising the document, for which I chose the text 'Manual Payment Request' at the top of the page. I loaded 2 pdfs in the batch while in 'Test Batches' mode.
- The 1st is made up from a single page of the page I want recognised, but rotated 90 degrees anti-clockwise
- The 2nd pdf is made up of 5 pages, and I only want the first one recognised (the other 4 are irrelevant pages).
None of the documents were recognised at all (0%). Would someone be able to help explain why? Happy to provide more details.

Hello,
The provided image was successfully recognized on the test project on our side. So please address the issue to the regional support, send them the project, samples and scenario descriptions.
