Recently installed FlexiCapture 12, the Processing Server Monitor shows the local server connected but its stuck in a restarting state.

Hello
Please make sure that Services of Processing server, Licensing server and Processing Station(s) run on behalf of users with enough access permissions all along the request path. Please use the picture below for reference if neededed.
If the issue still persists please address it to the regional support. Send them EventViewer Windows Application log and EventViewer Windows System log and information about your license and your build number.
Please address the issue to the regional support, send them the project, samples and scenario descriptions.
