Add value to the blank cell of Excel through Exporting

I'm wondering if FlexiCapture is able to fill the specific blank cells of Excel through Exporting.

Is it possible if I use Export Script?

For example, I'd like to search the specific date on Excel and add some values to blank cells on the same row.

if it is possible, please give me some examples.
