I am having some batches that return to the verification stage after being exported correctly.
I found the following error logged in the EventLog table for those batches, between the export stage and the second recognition stage:
The app domain with specified version id (48833) was unloaded due to memory pressure and could not be found. in method { call Task_GetObjects(?, ?) }

Sounds like an issue with your SQL /DB Server. Can you check to make sure the resources are okay. Depending on the volume, you might need to add more resources to the SQL /DB Server or make sure this DB server is on a dedicated machine.
