I want to be able to email the current document being verified while I am within the verify screen. This is because I am doing invoice processing and I want to send a copy of the invoice to my client who sent me the invoice. In the message I will include details about my questions. Can anyone think of an easy way to accomplish this? We said we could create a special queue called Email to client, then have a program monitor this queue. We also said we could customize the verify web page to include a mailto function that would then open an email message with the document already inserted as an attachment. Thanks in advance,

Those knowledgebase seems to be talking about custom workflow. This would happen all in the background. More than likely this won't be easy but the best option is to create a Custom Action script. I see there are a bunch of script out there to send email via VBscript when doing a simple google search. Only thing you're missing is an interface to punch in all your information, UNLESS you make them fields already on the DocDef that you can type in and it would send out the email with the value in the DocDef. I hope that make sense.
