There is no Ctrl+F factor on Batch List page in FC10 distributed , So need to go into each batch and check for document .
Is there any way to search for a document using the fields present on the documents ( say, Name ) ?

You can't do what you want in the FlexiCapture system but if you exported your information out to some document management system, you could search that and backtrack to find which batch it came from. i.e. Export out Batch Name, Time and Document ID number.
