I want to directly export handwritten documents to output folder without any manual intervention. But I am stuck on identifying differentiating criteria for handwritten text and Optical text. The document having sufficient handwritten text on it should get identified somewhere in ABBYY Flexicapture flow/stages (I am using ABBYY Flexicapture 10 Distributed).
Is there any option or trick to classify/identify documents on the basis of presence of handwritten text on it.

Rahul,
There is no automatic detection way of detecting Hand Print or Machine print field. You have to manually assign them ahead of time. You have 2 option.
1) Create 2 region. 1 of ICR and 1 for OCR. Specify the parameter for those region. Export best value or script it to bring both region to one field for verification
2) Create 1 region and specify the parameter to be both ICR and OCR. Look in advance option in Recognition tab of field.
