I get this error when I open the project setup station. We have two servers and are licensed for only one project setup station. I am aware that this error means that there is another instance running. But I checked both of the servers and there is no project setup station running. I cleared out all the sessions in admin and monitoring console even though there is none related to project setup station. I'm still getting the error. Please suggest me how I can resolve this.

Next time this happens, check the license manager. It should tell you which computer is using up all your license. Killing the session only kills the task and doesn't free up the license.
