In FC 10 distributed,we do have datatypes in DocumentDefinition Editor->Field properties->Datatypes tab.To apply common datatype settings we need to change in every field.
Is it possible to globally add datatype settings and use the same for all fields?i.e,use global datatype.

Kalyani,
Technically the Data Type are valid for all the fields in the Document Definition. They are just not accessible in other Document Definition.
