  Hello atorino,
  
  FlexiCapture 11 R4 can be installed under Windows 10.
  But there is known limitation: the new Microsoft Edge browser does not support Silverlight therefore ABBYY FlexiCapture 11 Web stations do not work there.

  Thanks. Anastasiya. I was trying to install FC11 R3 but at some point during server installation it rufeses to continue and rolls back.
  Where can Flexicapture 11 R4 be Downloaded?

  Funny isn't it?. Microsoft Edge browser does not support Microsoft Silverlight. Nobody is supporting Silverlight anymore because it uses NPAPI, a deprecated API for communication between applications and browsers. Instead of changing the way Silvelight interacts with browsers they are dropping it off. That´s the Microsoft way of doing things. I can't believe ABBYY has to change so many lines of code to switch from Silverlight to HTML5 in the web stations, to keep doing the same things it did, instead of applying that effort to new features.

  I,ve downloaded FC11_R4_Part_1112_15_Distributed. After a long time (1 hour) installing Flexicapture 11 Servers it rolls back, no error message is given and installation is not performed. Any suggestion on how to deal with this situation?.

  In this situation you should open case and send the next installation logs to our support team:

  1. ABBYYMsiLog.txt
  It can be found in the %temp% folder. To open the %temp% folder insert %temp% in Windows Explorer address field and press Enter;
  
  2. ABBYY %application name%.log
  This log first appears in the %temp% folder. Then, if the installation was successful, it is moved to the installation folder. If the installation failed it remains in the %temp% folder.

  .txt log and ABBYY %application name%.log log must be related to the same installation.​
  
  Note: Installation logs are written if the installation was launched by running setup.exe file. If it was launched by running *.msi file the necessary logs would not be written.
