[Processing error]: Unable to access Document. This object is locked for task Id

I have found this thread, but it does not fix my problem.

When I try to export a batch this error shows:
[Processing error]: Unable to access Document. This object is locked for task Id xxxxxx

What would you advise ?

    Hello,
    You are not supposed to be Export your batches in the Project Setup station or Batch view in the Verification Station.
    The correct way to process a batch is to Open up the Verification station and grab it as a task.
    Batches are locked to prevent multiple user accidentally working on the same batch at the same time.
    So please try to process it via Verification station and Queues and let us know about your results.

    Would this be the same for importing? I am importing a batch of invoices into ABBY. However, the error message reads "Unable to access the document. This object is locked by the user... on computer... 

    It seems to be only invoices that have multiple pages. I have to exit out and re-open the batch to continue where I left off.
