When I am testing the SharePoint export function. I found that the exported documents were all checked out, which is quite inconvenient in the operation.
(I've disabled the "Require Check Out" option and disabled the user-defined columns of "Require that this column contains information" in the library settings, however, the issue persists.)
I want to know if I could remove this status by some setting changes? or I must write the after-event codes to handle this issue?
If using codes is a must, could anyone tell me how to do this?

Unfortunately it is hard to diagnose the issue without the information about your FC release or build number.
We can only assume that there is some field with data type incompatible with the corresponding Sharepoint column. There was known issue in FC 11 releases until R4 that in such a situation the field gets successfully exported and checked out, but then it was not possible to check it in (in the latest release such a document should fall into exceptions).
Please carefully check that there are no such fields, and also make sure that there are no mandatory fields in Sharepoint.
In FC R4 the checkout is always done, then data updated in columns and then if Require Check Out option is unchecked a checkin is made.
So if you are using FC release earlier than R4, then I would suggest you to upgrade.
Otherwise please provide us with some additional details:
- Screenshot where Sharepoint library settings can be seen;
- Your Sharepoint version;
- A FlexiCapture project containing a batch with sample document that would demonstrate the issue with checkin;
- Screenshot from FlexiCapture where we can see the full build number (e.g. Project setup station, Help > About ABBYY FlexiCapture).
