Occasional Rows Combined [FlexiCap 11 Dist]

Hey all,

I've noticed every so often that a captured table row is actually two rows that wound up being combined in error. This seems to relate to scan quality. Just wondering if a) there's anything I can do during the design of the layout that can help prevent this and b) if not, is there a way during verification to easily correct the issue?

Thanks in advance.

It's very difficult to analyze your problem without having your Project and the images in order to reproduce the error. If it´s possible please attach them and i'll be glad to try to help.
    Kind regards,

Unfortunately I'm very restricted in terms of what I can share. But I've created dozens of projects relying on tables at this point and out of all of those that I've put into production, this has only happened for three documents, so I'm fairly sure it's related to scan quality. I've been having great success in all other cases. One would expect more frequent problems if it were the layout. What I'm really interested in is during verification if there might be a function that allows you to separate one row into two rows? There's an "add line break" option under the "edit" menu during verification but this doesn't seem to separate the two rows. I've attached two images. First one shows how the two rows are being combined, next one shows what they look like after the inserted line break. Problem is, they remain in the same row...

    Hello,

Inserting line breaks doesnt separate rows into separate rows. It only adds a an empty line between text lines. It not possible to add lines in data verification mode. You should do this from standard document view mode.
