I'am having some problem to connect FlexiCapture 10. My licence is with dongle and I have success to use FC in the computer with the software FC and the License Manager installed. But in another computer i can't use the FC.
When I tried to use the FC 10, I received the message: "Failure to communicate with the product licensing service of abby on 10...my IP. The RPC server is unavailable."
I saw the LicensingSetting.xml file on cliente PC and it is configured with the IP of my License Manager and the port 10040 are listenning in the same PC.
There are some specific configuration to Windows 8.1 system? And, can you sent to me the steps to configure it?
