Hi All,
I have a need to create a 'notes' field that the operator can add comments to that will be exported and stored within a database.
Is it possible to make the normal text field line wrap / multi line so that the note continues on the next line rather than just expanding out the field?
If not does anyone have any other suggestions on how this might be handled?

Hello Rich
As we understand your situation, for your purposes you need to create a field named "Notes" in the Document Definition to print there multi-string notes on the Verification Station. Such a field should have "do not recognize" in Properties > Recognition > Filling type setting and the "Export field value" option should be marked in the "General" tab.
In the Data Form Editor the properties on the field "Notes" should be adjusted to have some minimum Width and Height values.
After applying these changes to you Document Definition you will be able to create on the verification station multi-string notes, and also to store and export them. New line can be entered there by pressing "Shift + Enter" keys combination.

So its just a normal 'Text' field type but you use shift+enter for new line which was the bit I wasn't getting.
