Hi Everyone,
We have encountered an error about background tasks. It says 'unable to find background task object' and there are no documents to export. But The documents are already exported to output folder.
Just for info, we are using auto-export feature for our template.
Please advise that what can be the reason for these export errors. Attached is for the reference to this error.

Hello,
At the present moment we don't have enough details to help you resolve this issue. If the complex functioning is blocked, please try to restart the Processing Server and clear the sessions in the Administration and Monitoring Console. If that does not help, please send us your project.
