Hello,
There is “Deskew” option in the advanced processing settings in the Process tab in the workflow.
If in your situation it is not enough, you may try to use other ABBYY product - the FineReaderEngine.
Unfortunately, Deskew is not what I am looking for. I am looking for the option that exists in FineReader Professional: Image Editor > Photo Correction > Straighten Text Lines. This would be good to have in Recognition Server in the Workflow > Process > Advanced Processing Settings and in the Verification Station (to be applied for individual pages).
