I am using Abby FlexiCapture 11 to go though a number of pdf files. I have set rules and restrictions so that I am getting tables only from certain pages of the pdf files.

 Now I have two types of data Receipts and Deliveries that are present in the tabular format in the pdf

 I am able to get data for all of these formats but sometimes since we are all humans, some of the tables have wrong column names.

For eg:

1)Where Receipt Pages have Delivered To as the column name and RRC Number is misspelled as RCC number.

2)Where Delivery Pages have Actual Receipt as the last column name and RRC number is misspelled as RCC number.

 I know FlexiCapture allows us to give multiple column names so I tried that:

1. By selecting Detect by keyword in name : 1 DELIVERED TO|1  Delivered To|Delivered To|DELIVERED TO |Received From for the first column in the Receipt pages
2. By selecting Detect by keyword in name : RRC Number|RCC Number From for the 3^rd column in Delivery and Receipt pages
3. By selecting Detect by keyword in name : Actual Deliveries|Actual Receipts From for the last column in Delivery pages.

I am able to get All the deliveries that have been listed on various pages but not able to get the receipt pages where the column name is not as it is supposed to be.

I am thinking it could be because

1. The Delivered to Column is the first column in the misnamed Receipt page, so might be some setting I might have to turn off to make it compulsory or something
2. The Delivered to column contains the entire text 1 Delivered To when I tried to copy the text as compared to the other columns which contain just their names like Facility Name, Actual Receipts etc.

I am fairly new to flexicapture and have just started learning it like in the last 2-3 days.

It might be a fairly simple issue. Any Help would be appreciated.
