How can i merge table data and normal captured data in one excel file while exporting?

In FlexiCapture there is a possibility to write a custom .NET script handling the export process which may work with existing Excel files and generate an output file according to your needs. Here are the link: Appendix > Using scripts in ABBYY FlexiCapture > Scripts for customizing processing stages > Types of scripts > Export script in the Administrator Help
