In FlexiCapture 12, in the Project Setup Station, I have already set the Export path for unrecognized document in Project Properties, Export tab. However I still got the complaint in Verification Station saying: unknown document - There are no export options configured for the document.
I set the Export path in my FlexiCapture 11 before, in FlexiCapture 11, everything works well, but in FlexiCapture 12, it seems it's not working anymore. it seems setting Export path for unrecognized document is not effective, anyone could give me a clue?
I saw an "annex page" below the unknown page, that's the only difference I saw from FlexiCapture 11. Does it ring any bell?

Unfortunately, we could not reproduce the behavior you have described. Could you please send us your project and some sample documents?
Please try to use the unc path in the "Export unrecognized documents" options. What is the result?

I just found, if I set the Export path for unrecognized document in Batch property, it works, however, if I set the Export path for unrecognized document in project property, it will not work. What's the difference to set Export path in these two places?

The properties of the batch type always overwrite the properties of the project.

Yes, you are right, when I set the properties of the Batch Type (leave "Export unrecognized documents" unchecked in properties of the project), it works.
But when I set "Export unrecognized documents" in properties of the project and leave "Export unrecognized documents" unchecked in Batch Type, it doesn't work.
From my understanding, it should be enough to set "Export unrecognized documents" at project level, but actually it works only when I set the property for a specific Batch Type
The properties of the batch type always overwrite the properties of the project completely and always.
If the checkmark is unchecked in the BatchType properties, the project properties will not overwrite it.

Yes, I got your point, but my question is why I got this error "unknown document - There are no export options configured for the document." when I check the checkmark at project level, but I don't get this error and unrecognized document can be exported successfully when I check the checkmark at Batch Type level?
