Client found response content type of 'text/html; cahrset= utf-8, but expected 'text/xml '

Hi ,

 Today i have deployed Flexicapture 12 distributed version on Windows Server 2012 R2 but while starting monitoring app to create db i found error (image attached).

" Client found response content type of 'text/html; cahrset= utf-8, but expected 'text/xml ' '"

After searching on net and system guide of abbyy i apply setting on Handler mapping but now application point to internet error.

Please guide.
