The format we are exporting our data is in CSV Format.
On some fields, for example, name or address, there are characters such as Ö,Ä,Ü etc.
In the field settings, what would be the best way to make sure that the characters appear as for example Ö-OE,Ä-AE,Ü-UE to set the autocorrect options as replace character?
I would like to make the verification process more efficient.

Hi ThurinA,
I suggest trying the "AutoCorrect options".
In the "Document Definition Editor", select the field and open the "Properties". In the "Data" tab edit the "AutoCorrect options" and add the characters to be replaced as depictured below.
