I have not seen video guide yet. But, you can use ABBYY FlexiCapture online help:

Hi,
Both are same efficient, because both are used in combination, it depends on your project. For example, if you need to search for purchase order number, you will need to start with FlexiLayout first. You will collect combination of keywords and maybe even regular expression, so you would search for one common field for all vendors.
If there are date fields like "Delivery Date" and "Invoice Date", there can be issue with some vendors, so you would use trainings in this case.
