Should we include all possible column names in the document definition? What if a test invoice has a column which is not present in Line items?
For example, lets say the invoice sent for recognition has some columns which are not present in the Line items*. How should one go about?

If you have a column that is not present in Line items we recommend to extract the table by the additional layout.

I have done the same approach, export training batch to flexilayout. And then I have added table items, 3-4 custom fields.
But after linking to document definition, other vendors which are linked to same DD have issue for earlier fields which were fine before. It means changed for one vendor for a DD, but it messed up the existing fields for other vendors under same DD.
Any suggestion to fix?
