While opening document in Verification Station We are getting a error messagebox "Internal Program Error:Trying to access a deleted object using method FormsController::CErrorImpl::RuleDef" , for same batch id some operators are getting the error and some are not.
Any Idea what is the issue, and how can it be solved? Is this related to some type of caching?
I am using build version 12 of flexicapture.

According to our internal database, this issue may happen when either the document with Rule error was removed from the document set, or when document with the Rule error was deleted and the batch was re-opened after that.
As a workaround we may recommend you to avoid such situations.
We would appreciate, if you find the scenario how to reproduce this issue and send to your regional support a copy of the project, some sample images and the step-by-step scenario.
Problem is the behaviour is varying ....for the same batch id one operator is getting the error and for another operator its not happening.
