Upgrade Flexicapture from version 11 to version 12 R1 update6

Hi,

 

I recently upgrade to FlexiCapture version 12 release 1 update 6.

I did the first option (connected to my previous DB and upgraded it)

I can see my old project data, batch data - HOWEVER, documents are gone.

 

How can I upgrade and keep this data?

Because we have LIVE data in version 11 , which our users would like to keep

    Hello,

    We recommend closing all sessions, completing all documents processing and closing all tasks before update. Please do not try to save results if you didn't do it.

    Hi Ekaterina,

     

    Thanks for the reply. Do you mean to say if BATCH is still under Verification - it wont be ported over?

    And only processed documents can be kept?
