Hello,
I have a question about using the subfolder settings for Hotfolders (Flexicapture 12).
I noticed that only the images within the direct subfolders are processed, and all deeper subfolders and images are removed.
Is this a bug?
Expected behaviour:
- Import also all deeper subfolders
- OR: leave the deeper subfolders intact
Actual result:
- The deeper subfolders and all files within them are removed
Example ROOT hotfolder = C:\Hotfolder\
- All images in these folders are imported correctly:
C:\Hotfolder\001\001.tif
C:\Hotfolder\001\002.tif
C:\Hotfolder\002\001.tif
C:\Hotfolder\002\002.tif
- But subfolders within these subfolders are completely removed: (also the documents)
C:\Hotfolder\003\001\001.tif
C:\Hotfolder\003\002\001.tif
C:\Hotfolder\003\002\002.tif
C:\Hotfolder\003\002\001\001.tif
C:\Hotfolder\003\002\002\001.tif
C:\Hotfolder\003\002\002\001\001.tif
C:\Hotfolder\004\001\001.tif
C:\Hotfolder\004\001\002.tif
