Similar to the concept of Invoices from potentially hundreds of different vendors, I have a particular document type let's call it Form XYZ. Those forms will come from a large number of vendors using different formats. I want to pull a standard set of fields from those.
So, for example there might be documents from two vendors and one has Contact Name: xxxx and the other has Representative Name: xxxx and I want one FC Layout to be smart enough to grab the data.
What is the maximum number of different document types that you've been able to get recognized by one FC Layout? Is this even possible?

Hello,
If you are writing the flexible layout that should capture either "Contact Name" or "Representative Name", or maybe even more static text variants before the field you want to extract as the same field, then the options "Search text from database" or "Search text from file" are available. As to the maximum document types that the single layout is able to recognize - the question is rather incorrect, the simplest layout that matches all images is able to match the infinite number of document types, so please specify your requirements.サインインしてコメントを残してください。
