FlexiCapture Failed to Export Unable to access file

My project use flexicapture to scan PDF file and export into the same excel file (.xls Add to end)

Sometime these errors occur (From web monitoring station)

- Unable to access ABC.xls. This object is locked by user ABC(OCR server user, Itself)

- Could not export to Excel file because unable to open file ABC.xls.

How should I handle this issue? Thank in advance
