I am trying to build custom reports and actually what to see the changes made by the users and in sql db from EventLog table I can get only high level event type like "A changed document was saved". Is there any way to get what changes made by the users.

This would need a customer workflow involving 2 export. Basically as part of your workflow, after recognition, have a stage to export to a DB. This would be before Verification. Then after Verification, you can have a final export for the changes.
