Invoice number is like: 1234fye
And it is getting recognized as: l234fye
so number '1' is getting identified as character 'l'
How could this be fixed, i tried to retrain but doesn't helps.

if the invoice number always starts with digit, you can replace the first character from I to 1 in Flexi capture..

thanks for the reply, and i think your suggestion will work. I will have a look at the consistency in the invoice number, and try to replace the invoice number from l to 1.
