Hi,
I have setup an Image import profile to Import images through Email into Abbyy. When some users email the Invoices, Batch gets created , Images are imported and come to verification stage. For some users , Batches are getting created but doesn't have any Images imported in it. The log says, "The task failed...after its non current sub-tasks failed. The attachment files have not been processed. Item can be found in the requested name or ordinal."
Can anyone explain why this error is occurring? Attached here screenshot.
