FlexiCapture 12 VBO with Blue Prism: Some pdf's don't return any output

Hi! I'm using FlexiCapture 12 VBO with Blue Prism and I have a problem.

Some of the Pdfs (Invoices) which I send to process, don't send back any file to use (a binary file neither) but the action doesn't send any error message.

Do you know what may be the problem? Thank you so much for your time!

    Hi,

    You should first test only FlexiCapture:

    • Test if the image import is executed, maybe it is not enabled. Documents can be routed to the Exceptions as well
    • Take a look if document is processed, it can be routed to one of the stages
    • Check the export of the file after the document is processed
