Hi all,
When I put the files in the test batch the document is recognized automatically but when processed thru hot folder it is not recognized.Can please please any one help me why it is happening so?

You documents must be recognized automaticlly please check that all the settings used in the Image Import Profile that works with this HotFolder are the same that you use when uploading image manually.
The same issue happened to me once and I discovered that my "Processing Server" is stopped.
I have the same issue. When placing file in hot folder, it does not get recognized. But on manually importing the file in the test batch it gets recognized. Please help
