    Hello,

To resolve this issue you should contact your regional support. To speed up the assistance process, you can collect the following documents:

    1. Application and System logs from the server and from the machine where you got this error:

    System logs

    - go to Control Panel -> Administrative tools -> Event Viewer

    - select “System” branch

    - go to menu Action and select Save as...

    - save the .evt file and send to us

    Application logs

    - go to Control Panel -> Administrative tools ->Event Viewer

    - select “Application” branch

    - go to menu Action and select Save as...

    - save the .evt file and send to us

    2. AInfo (http://knowledgebase.abbyy.com/article/648)

In addition you may clean up your database as described here: http://www.capturedocs.com/thread/optimize-or-minimize-sql-server-usage-of-abbyy-fc/

    Hello,

Sorry, but this type of errors may be have different origins and it is impossible to know the source of the problem without logs and examination of the project.

Moreover, we cannot do this in the frame of this forum, so we still recommend to address to the regional support with all required materials.

Some things to try when encountering this error...

    1. If using SQL Server authentication, try switching to Windows authentication.

    2. The SQL Server login being used is not mapped to the system databases.

    3. Login being used doesn't have required server roles.
