Hello,
Please do the following steps:
1) Stop Processing Sever
2) Check the task and kill any task that might be stuck
3) Open up the Admin and Monitoring Console - Monitoring - Session
4) Kill any open session
5) Open up a Verification Station
6) Send that problem batch to Verification.
7) Grab the Batch as a Senior Verification Operator
Note that we recommend perform all operations with documents via Verification Station. Otherwise application server cannot route a task from stage to stage correctly.

I stopped server from windows services but how to kill task in Admin and Monitoring console? or where else to do it? Please guide.
