  The configuration parameters (username, password) for connecting to the FlexiCapture database are incorrect. Typically I see this when you are set up to connect to the database using Windows Authentication. I suggest you use SQL Authentication and provide a username and password. 

  To correct this issue, give the Windows Account you are logged in as (your account) full access to the FlexiCapture database. That might get you in.

  Hello hawkeye,

  I resolve the probleme by lunch my navigator as administrator (I still use Windows Authentification).

  Dear All,

  I have the same issue. I use SA as a DB user. The DB itself has been made by the app. But no more next step.

  We use the Linux version of MS SQL.
