ABBYY FC Hot Folder - The logon did not succeed. Please try again later.

Hi all,

As the title suggests, i'm trying to setup a Hot Folder against a mailbox but it isn't processing anything in the mailbox. its coming up with -

-1 1 03/03/2020 14:03:35 Task processing has started

-1 2 03/03/2020 14:03:35 The logon did not succeed. Please try again later.

-1 3 03/03/2020 14:03:35 The task {E762C3BB-4A4F-4556-9625-BBFAF6C7D960} failed after its non-recurrent subtask failed

-1 4 03/03/2020 14:03:35 Task processing completed

Any ideas?
