Sometimes, Web station captures wrong amount for some field. When i clear garbage area and try to select the value by dragging region or lassoing , it doesn't allow to do so for all the fields on the form.I checked in the Verification station installed and was able to lasso or select region for all the fields. Why is it so that doesn't work web station and works on Verification station?

I too have similar issue. Fields greys out while drawing a region. Any suggestions?
Make sure you check the checkbox for "Can have region" on the field properties tab. Let me know if that doesn't work
I have already ticked the check box of "Can have region". Still not working. It happens only on web station and not on verification station.
