how can i set the DrawTextBlock to be the default tool in visual components ImageViewer?

This command can be added to the context menu by developer. Please see FRE 11 help file → Guided Tour → Advanced Techniques → Using GUI Elements → Customizing the Context Menu and Toolbar of a Visual Component. However, it is available in Toolbar and DoCommand by default, for more information please see Help → Visual Component Reference → Supplementary Objects → Commands → Image Viewer commands.
