cut and paste block and move block

how can i copy and paste rectangles? also move rectangle?

using FREngine 11 SDK.

You can move block region with the help of Move method of Block object. For more information please refer to the Developer's Help → API Reference → Layout-Related Objects → Block.

i see that there is a move icon on top when selecting a block, is there also a method for cut and paste?

Unfortunately there is no such functionality at the moment.
