How to install FR11 Engine with both x86 and x64 libs? There is only one parameter to install engine with x86 "OR" x64 libs (ARCH = x86 | x64 | Auto) but not for both.

You can copy both 32-bit and 64-bit files manually.
Could you please describe you scenario why do you need install 32-bit and 64-bit files via command line on one machine? Do I understand correctly that you perform runtime installation?
