RenderScript code cache directory uninitialized.

I am getting the "android.renderscript.RSRuntimeException: RenderScript code cache directory uninitialized.  " with the following StartupError:
"Unspecified error while loading the engine. See logcat for details." while loading Abbyy RTR SDK.

    Is this issue reproduces on our sample-textcapture sample? If yes please provide us step-by-step instructions of how to reproduce your issue.
