Hi Ankit,
In general case, the answer is "no".
For some certain images, it's possible to set up advanced post-processing criteria to detect signature and etc. If all of your input images have the same document type (such as fixed agreement form), then it's likely to be possible for this certain image type. Please share your images, so I can tell it for sure.

No, in general case this is not possible.
