Page Limit become 0 after server restart

Hi folks,

 

my FineReader page limit become 0 after the server restarted, anyone have idea how to fix this?

p.s i had try reactivate, but same situation.

 

sys info:

Win 2012 R2 x64

FineReader 14.0.104.147
