I'm using FlexiCapture Engine 11, and I see that I can't classify or recognize files with less than 300 dpi. I wold like these files to be sorted and processed, is there any way to do this?

Could you please describe your scenario in more detail:
In general, in case fixed Document Definition for documents such as forms the resolution of the processed image should match the resolution of the template image used during the creation of the Document Definition.
You can use the IFlexiCaptureProcessor::SetImageLoadingParams method (see the Developer's Help article API Reference→Objects→Import Parameters Objects→ImageLoadingParams) to change the resolution of input images before processing them.
