Can the Cloud OCR SDK be used in a situation where the app needs to be HIPAA compliant? I.e. is any access to the images or response (within the 24 hour confidentiality window) possible?
Will ABBY sign a HIPAA Business Associate agreement?

Dear Tom,
Thank you for your question! We recommend to consult with ABBYY USA office if they can sign the HIPAA agreement. Also you can separate the information that you send us for the recognition: send name, diagnoses, billing information etc. separately.
