In Cloud SDK documentation I see "How to Recognize Text Fields" but I see nothing about TABLE recognition (paged tables and so on), is this feature not supported?

Cloud OCR SDK supports table recognition in the full-page recognition mode. To do it you can use the processImage method with the documentConversion profile.
The field-level recognition mode is designed to recognize the following fields:
