A few pdf's uploaded via processImage fail ('ProcessingFailed') with above error message. However, I can open the pdf without problems.
Over 200 other pdf's process without a problem.
Please advice how to solve this.

The “File … has access restrictions and cannot be added to the document” error occurs when you try to process a PDF file that has a password protection. The fact is that our technologies cannot open such files not to infringe copyright. To process the password-protected PDF files you should specify the corresponding password in the pdfPassword parameter of the processImage method or other used processing method.
