I have just implement cloud ocr api for Business card scanning application. But when I scan single card 2 pages credit deducted from my account. Also it is working very slow it takes around 8-10 second for single card data response get.

According to the Service Billing Terms, every business card recognition using the processBusinessCard method is charged as a recognition of two A4 pages. So, this is correct behavior.
Regarding the processing speed, it depends on the image you recognize, the settings you use and the Internet connection speed. Please to identify the reasons of long recognition of your images, at first please review the following FAQ section: My images are processed too slow, what's wrong?
